2 This house is a great location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Having said that, it's in critical need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Previous reviews described the outdoor spigot not working - it can be still not working. And so the house got lots of sand in it.
2 Would have been nice to have screen doors for the patio doors so someone could open them and listen to the ocean. The pictures of the home should be updated to match the home, it truly is pretty run down and needs attention.
